חוות הדעת : Room was very dirty-looked like it had not had a good hoover for a few years. Bathroom had toothpaste smudges and hairs from previous visitors. Room was cleaned before checkout and my sons things were taken away. The delay in finding them caused him to miss his bus up north. Restaurant staff were unhelpful, and tables were dirty. Definitely not a 5* hotel and reviews online seem to agree. We came straight from the hilton in tel aviv and the contrast was remarkable. That said, the location is fantastic and the hotel has potential to be tops. However, unless improvements are made, we will not be returning to your hotel or recommending it to others. It has gone greatly downhill from what I remember.
